The Bee Wise way

More than a house. Your home.

From the first set of keys to the life you've built inside, the details matter. Take a thoughtful look at how your homeowners policy fits the property you have today.

A few property basics

Begin with your location, occupancy and renewal or closing date.

A closer coverage look

Discuss eligibility, estimated rebuild costs, roof terms and the deductibles that could apply.

A licensed conversation

Review available options and what the insurer needs before coverage can be offered.

The details make the difference

Colorado weather asks good questions. So should your policy.

A home review is a chance to understand the details before you need them. These are useful topics for a licensed conversation.

Thoughtful questions.
Personal, licensed guidance.

The cost to rebuild

A home's market value and estimated rebuild cost are different. Review dwelling limits and relevant replacement-cost provisions.

Hail, wind & your roof

Ask which deductible applies, how a roof loss would be settled and which exclusions or limitations matter.

Beyond the basics

Explore water-backup, service-line and personal-liability options where available. Limits and eligibility vary.

Should my home be insured for its sale price?

Market value and estimated rebuild cost are different. A licensed agent can explain the dwelling limit and available replacement-cost provisions.

Is hail damage automatically covered?

Coverage depends on the policy, exclusions, roof settlement provisions, deductible and circumstances of the loss. Review those terms before choosing.

What is a separate wind or hail deductible?

Some policies apply a distinct deductible to qualifying wind or hail losses. Ask how it is calculated and what it could mean out of pocket.

Is water backup included in every policy?

No. Water-backup protection may be optional and is subject to availability, limits and exclusions.

Can I start a review before closing on a house?

Yes. Have your property information and closing date ready. Underwriting and property verification may be required before an insurer offers or binds coverage.

Does requesting a review bind my home coverage?

No. An inquiry does not bind coverage. Coverage must be formally bound through the authorized insurer and licensed process.

Be wise. Stay protected.
